Type 72 - T72 HR Positive Bias Booster Relay
The Bellofram Precision Controls Type 72HR is a high-relief positive-bias booster relay that produces an output equal to the pneumatic input signal plus an adjustable bias pressure. Four positive-bias ranges are available, and the standard signal-to-output ratio is 1:1 with 1:2, 1:4, and 1:6 ratios available by special request. At the stated test condition, forward flow is about 40 SCFM and exhaust capacity is about 15 SCFM, providing faster pressure release than the standard Type 72. The relay is suited to volume boosting, tensioning, clutch and brake control, roll loading, cylinder control, and other systems that require both added bias and high-relief response.
