Type 41-1- T41-1 Adjustable Precision Regulator
Type 41 regulators deliver high flow capacity with low droop and high accuracy for demanding industrial pressure control. Bellofram’s rolling diaphragm improves sensitivity and regulation performance, while the compact body and multiple mounting options allow direct interchangeability with higher-cost competitor units. Built for tough environments, each regulator features a precision-cast aluminum housing, is pressure tested, chromate treated for internal corrosion resistance, and finished with vinyl paint for scratch and weather resistance. A soft-seat valve stem helps maintain stable control while tolerating dirt, and an aspirator supports downstream pressure to help reduce droop at high flow. The gauge port accepts a gauge or can serve as an additional full-flow outlet. For panel mounting, Type 41 regulators require one panel hole and offer fine adjustment sensitivity with a 32 TPI adjusting screw and knob. The Type 41-1 includes 1/4 NPT ports and a knob, and mounts using the center nut or threaded shoulder holes on 1.5 in (38.1 mm) centers.
