Type 3522- T3522 Digital Weatherproof Regulators
The Bellofram Precision Controls Type 3522 is a dual-loop digital weatherproof servo pressure controller with an integrated pneumatic booster for high-flow closed-loop control. It supports digital control through RS-485 or optional local keypad programming and can also accept standard analog command signals. The second control loop supports remote process feedback, while the integrated twin-solenoid controller and pressure sensor provide approximately ±0.5% accuracy. With output-pressure configurations up to 150 psi and forward flow capability up to 60 SCFM, the Type 3522 is suited to web tensioning, painting, tire manufacturing, and other high-flow automated processes.
