Type 3222- T3222 Analog Weatherproof Regulators
The Bellofram Precision Controls Type 3222 is a dual-loop analog weatherproof pressure controller with an integrated pneumatic booster for high-flow applications that also require remote process feedback. It accepts standard analog command signals, uses twin solenoid valves and an integral pressure sensor for closed-loop regulation, and provides a 0-10 VDC pressure-monitor signal. The second loop permits 0-10 VDC feedback from a remote sensor. With output-pressure configurations up to 150 psi, approximately ±0.5% control accuracy, and flow capability up to 60 SCFM, the Type 3222 is suited to web tensioning, painting, tire manufacturing, and other high-flow processes.
