Bellofram’s Type 40H Hydrogen Pressure Regulator is a reliable precision instrument designed for the use and application in Hydrogen gas use. The T40H is superior in regulated pressure vs. flow, forward to-reverse flow offset, repeatability, and stability with varying supply pressures. Pressure stability in critical operations such as a fuel cell is a crucial factor to maintain a balance of pressure and flow without the risk of damage or operational issues. Sensitivity and repeatability of pressure and flow during operation is directly related to the operational success of a fuel cell. Bellofram’s T40H Hydrogen Pressure Regulator utilizes a soft seat valve stem that provides positive shut-off and a forgiveness to dirt or foreign matter. Temperature use ranges from -40°F up to 185°F, designed proof pressure of 3,500 psig and a maximum inlet pressure of 250 psig. Flow rates of 250 scfh / cV 0.35 are obtainable at 100 psig outlet, and less than 0.2 psig on a supply pressure variation of 25 psig.
