Type 79 - T79 HR High Relief High Flow Relay
The Bellofram Precision Controls Type 79HR is a high-relief, high-flow precision air relay for pneumatic systems that need both large forward-flow capacity and rapid downstream pressure release. The 1:1 relay uses a balanced pintle and rolling diaphragm to reduce sensitivity to supply-pressure changes while maintaining accurate output pressure. At the stated test condition, forward flow exceeds 125 SCFM and exhaust capacity is approximately 39 SCFM. With maximum supply pressure up to 400 psig and large port options from 3/8 through 1 inch, the Type 79HR is suited to volume boosting, tensioning, dancer and calender roll loading, cylinder control, and other high-flow pneumatic applications.
